[Case Study] Reduction of Disposal Costs for Aluminum Coated Film
50% reduction in disposal costs! A cost reduction case that achieved a 70% reduction in emissions and disposal costs.
Aluminum vapor-deposited film used for food packaging and lithium-ion battery packaging. We would like to introduce a cost reduction case from a manufacturing company that has a manufacturing process. The company faced the challenge of wanting to choose a disposal method that is cheaper and has a lower environmental impact. Therefore, we proposed methods for recycling through solid fuel production (RPF) and material recycling through aluminum refining, depending on the aluminum content. As a result, they were able to reduce disposal costs by 50% compared to incineration disposal, and by partially converting to valuable materials, they achieved a 70% reduction in emissions and disposal costs. [Case Study] ■ Target Customer: Aluminum vapor-deposited film manufacturing company ■ Challenge: To choose a disposal method that is cheaper and has a lower environmental impact ■ Effects - 50% reduction in disposal costs compared to incineration - 70% reduction in emissions and disposal costs through partial conversion to valuable materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
